1. OUR CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

 

We want to give you a hassle-free way to get the correct items so you can kick back and enjoy your purchases.

At Camicie Roma, we are happy to offer you an exchange or credit note for change of mind on most full price and reduced merchandise. The following change of mind time frames apply:

  • In-store: 14 days from date of purchase

  • Online (Australia): 14 days from date of delivery

  • Online (International): 30 days from order placement.

 

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, merchandise returned for change of mind within the above timeframes can be returned for an exchange or credit note  subject to the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise;

  • The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact;

  • Refunds are not given for incorrect size choice or change of mind; please choose carefully

 

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

Our change of mind policy does not apply to the following merchandise:

  • Ties, bowties, pocket square and accessories.

 

2. CONSUMER GUARANTEES

We make every effort, from concept to coat hanger, to ensure that every Camicie Roma garment meets our high standards.

Our Change of Mind Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us.  If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or any drop in value of the product (if you choose to keep it).

If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund replacement. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Merchandise returned under consumer guarantees can be returned within a reasonable time frame subject to proof of purchase.

3. HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE?

You can return your purchase in 2 EASY WAYS:

1. In-store

 

You can bring your item and proof of purchase to our shop in Perth WA

 

2. Post Office

 

Take your parcel to any post office and return it using a traceable service. Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel.

PAYPAL PURCHASES

We can exchange or offer a credit note for any purchases made with PayPal. Simply contact us within 14 days to arrange your return.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES

Simply contact us within 30 days to arrange an international return.

Please note that all return postage costs for change of mind and exchanges are at your own expense. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damanged or incorrectly described item, Camicie Roma will refund all associated return packaging and postage costs.

Goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it's packaged securely and obtain tracking information when posting.

 

4. YOU CAN'T DECIDE WHAT TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM FOR?

We can issue a credit note that is valid for 3 months. Visit in store or contact us within 14 days of purchase.

  • If purchased online – we can issue an online credit note.

  • If purchased in store – we can issue a store credit note.
